200+ done-for-you prompts for 100s of real estate tasks

Real Estate Prompt Library

Struggling to get started with ChatGPT for your real estate business?

Wish you had a list of pre-built, pre-tested prompts specifically for real estate?

Tired of scrambling through your Notes, Screenshots, & E-mails, for those prompts that you saw yesterday, last week, during that seminar?

Me too.

After 12 months, 15,000+ conversations, and daily conversations with ChatGPT, I’ve learned a lot about what works - and what doesn’t.

The short of it: This real estate prompt library includes 200+ done-for-you prompts for 100s of real estate tasks covering everything from marketing, lead gen, business planning, branding, analysis, and more. Each prompt comes with a detailed use-case, examples, recipes, and is categorized so that you know exactly why and when to use to the prompt.

Consider this your AI playbook for real estate.

For those who regularly use ChatGPT and other AI tools in real estate, the challenge of knowing how to get started & knowing what prompt to use (how to word it), can be a lot.

If you’re just getting started with ChatGPT (or Gemini or Claude), you just want to know what prompts work and don’t want to spend a whole lot of time learning prompting or searching for prompts that work. At least that’s how I felt.

It can also be challenging to stay organized with your growing library of prompts and notes about what works and doesn’t. Right now there’s no way to save or favorite or organize prompts within ChatGPT. It's a struggle.

Imagine this: three months ago, a ChatGPT result played a pivotal role in your business success. Now, you're likely spending valuable time searching through the prompt history for that same prompt.

So, to cut to the chase, I created a real estate prompt library to accomplish the following.

  1. Organize my favorite real estate related prompts in one spot

  2. Keep detailed notes on each prompt (use-case, how to use, examples)

  3. Confidentially store, organize, and access my prompts any time

  4. Save time and increase efficiency in my use of AI

Background behind the real estate prompt library

As soon as I started working with ChatGPT, I realized how powerful it was going to be for my business. Whether I was writing content for my blog, revising client e-mails, or planning a client appreciation event, ChatGPT was becoming more deeply integrated into my business day by day.

About 6 months ago, I started working on a prompt library specifically for real estate.

I started off thinking of it like a prompt bible for real estate agents. A place where real estate agents can go, search for prompts, explore different ideas, and then take what they want, edit, tweak, and use it for their business.

I think the end result is pretty good. Here are the main areas it helps with:

  • Streamlines Real Estate Workflows: To simplify the usage of ChatGPT and other AI tools by providing an organized, accessible platform.

  • Increases Productivity: Save time and increase efficiency in tasks and client interactions.

  • Enhances Prompt Quality: Offers a collection of tested and optimized ChatGPT prompts tailored for real estate, improving the accuracy and relevance of generated responses.

  • Facilitates Prompt Organization: Provides a solution for the lack of native organization in ChatGPT, making it easier to store and retrieve prompts.

Overall, it has streamlined AI-driven workflows in my real estate business and saved me hundreds of hours of time.

How I built the real estate prompt library

I built the prompt library in Notion. Notion is a digital workspace that allows you to create shareable notes. With Notion, I created a space to store prompts, notes, and results in one accessible space that I can share with others.

What’s great is that Notion also allows me to share the template for the library with others, so in addition to the prompts themselves, I can share the organizational structure.

This is important because it means you can take what I created, and add new folders or prompts that are relevant to your business.

Prompt recipes in the prompt library

There are over 200+ copy and paste, real estate-specific prompts in the prompt library. I have personally used each of these prompts and extensively researched each of them.

In the library, you’ll find a page dedicated for each prompt. Each page includes the following:

✅ Real estate use case: The “WHY” you would use the prompt

✅ Exact steps: “HOW” to prompt to get reliable results & scale

✅ Fill-in-the-blank prompt recipes: Focus on personalizing your prompts to you, not the prompt itself

✅ Examples: Prompts that I actually use in my business

✅ Tips and research: How to extract more value from prompts and get better results

Things to know about the prompt library

Why do I need a dashboard?

There is no way to organize prompts into folders within ChatGPT. This dashboard gives you a way to organize prompts.

It is not a good idea to store prompts within ChatGPT. Although ChatGPT saves some of your chat history, it does not save it all.

You can use this dashboard with any LLM prompts, not just ChatGPT.

Why do I need prompts when I can come up with ideas myself?

ChatGPT uses a language model that relies on very precise phrases to deliver quality results. This means that one single word can ruin results, or really boost them.

These prompts have been specifically tested for real estate agents (I use them in my own business). This means you’ll be able to save time and unlock capabilities of ChatGPT quicker than most.

Who is this prompt dashboard and library for?

I designed this dashboard and library for real estate professionals: real estate agents, admin, transaction coordinators, operations directors, marketing staff, and any staff involved in a real estate transaction business.

How will I access the prompts?

You will be sent a link to your dashboard after your purchase. The link provided will take you to your Notion template, where you can duplicate it and use it in your own Notion workspace.

Do I need to pay to use Notion?

Individuals, as always, can use Notion for free forever.

Can I have a refund if I don't like the prompts/template?

Please note this digital product is non-refundable.
